Ad Ideas Board โ€” Every Angle, Hook & Audience

Every idea you've given us, kept in your words. New and old together, grouped by the pain each one hits, so you can scan the board and decide what to build first. This sheet grows as we build.

1 How To Use This

Four kinds of material on one board.

80+
Verbatim hooks & lines
8
Pain families
12
Delivery mechanics
4
Pain families never built yet

What's On The Board

  • Hooks โ€” your exact lines, verbatim, never rewritten. When we build, we lift them as-is or lightly adapted.
  • Pain families โ€” hooks grouped by the pain they hit, with the audience that feels that pain.
  • Delivery mechanics โ€” the formats your notes call for: handwritten multiple choice, countdown timer, the progress graph, the two-doors meme, the 11:47PM story arc.
  • Task notes โ€” things you want built along the way (Top 47 offers list, per-offer sales pages, the pain-point research).

The Big Finding

  • Four pain families have never been built into anything: Guru Scorn & Dying Models, Wasted Potential, Desperation Story Arcs, and the Two-Doors meme family.
  • Those four also contain your sharpest, most voiced lines ("please be another video...", "i was supposed to be somebody", "3 GHL businesses that won't die in 6 months").
  • The built set (30 angles, 11 articles, 12 images) leans on the softer families: Never Finish, Course Collector, basic Nobody-Is-Coming.
  • Decision to make: lead with the sharpest pain (guru burnout / dying models), or keep the softer beginner set in front. See Where To Go First.

2 Pain Ranking โ€” What People In This Niche Are Actually Trying To Solve

Ranked by urgency (how much it hurts right now ร— how actively they hunt for a fix). Each row names the content angle and the ad angle it supports. Use this to pick where to go first.

3 Pain Family: Guru Scorn & Dying Models

The pain: every model they've tried was sold as "the next big thing" and died within months. They're angry at the churn and at the people selling it. Who feels it: GHL / AI-agency / model-hoppers, 25โ€“45. Status: nothing built from this family yet.

The "Please Be Another..." Family

"Please be another video telling me to start an AI operator agency"
"Please be another ad telling me to sell AI operators"
"Please be someone who wants me to pay to join a Skool group and then charge me for a course"
"Please give me another AI agency course"
"Head down when you've seen the 10th video about how to get rich from starting a GHL AI chat agency"

Why it works: sarcasm at the exact ad the reader is drowning in. It mirrors their feed back at them.

The $10K Evaluation Call Family

"Please can I do a free evaluation call so I can pay you $10k."
"Please be an ad for a free 'evaluation' call so I can pay you $10k."
"Paid $10K for coaching calls nobody showed up to." / "I got burned."
"Book a free strategy call" โ€” then it's $5K, then $10K, then a Slack group with 200 people all making nothing

Why it works: names the exact mechanism that burned them. Inversion: $47, no call, no upsell.

The "Which Models Survive" Listicles

"2027 Top 5 GHL Business To Start Today"
"5 GHL Businesses NOT to Build in 2027" โ€” contrarian, warns against dying models
"5 GHL Businesses to Build in 2027" โ€” positive counterpart
"3 GHL businesses to start in 2027 that won't die in 6 months" โ€” your newest and sharpest

Why it works: "won't die in 6 months" is the whole wound in four words. The NOT-to-build version rides negativity bias.

The System-Is-Rigged Rant

"Nobody is coming to save you โ€” and the people who could are making too much money off you staying stuck."
Overdraft fees, payday loan storefronts in poor neighborhoods, 30% credit cards, "financial gurus selling $997 courses to broke people"

Why it works: turns personal shame outward at a real enemy. Satirical tone, real anger underneath.

4 Pain Family: Wasted Potential

The pain: smart enough, had all the potential, never did anything with it. Shame that gets sharper with age. Who feels it: 35โ€“55, "good grades, nothing to show." Status: avatar exists in the old report, but none of these raw lines have been used.

The Core Lines

"I was supposed to be someone..." / "I was supposed to be somebody"
"You got good grades / you had energy / went to school / you never did anything"
"I got good grades. I had energy. And I never did anything. I was supposed to be somebody and I'm nobody."

Why it works: it's the thought they've never said out loud. The beats read like a eulogy for potential.

The Kid-Question Mechanic

"Think back to when you were a kid... answer these questions and think how you would have responded back then."
"When you were growing up did you say 'I hope I can make a good sales funnel'?"

Why it works: makes the reader do the work โ€” an interactive question sequence where their own childhood answers indict their present. Then the turn: you don't need to love funnels, you need to ship one.

5 Pain Family: Nobody Is Coming

The pain: waiting for a rescue โ€” a boss, the economy, the next course โ€” that isn't arriving. Who feels it: laid-off professionals, stuck dreamers. Status: one version built (direct ad "Nobody Is Coming"), but most lines unused.

The Assignment Lines

"Nobody is coming to save you... businesses are being crushed..."
"Nobody is coming to save you. That is not sad news โ€” that is the assignment."
"Nobody is coming. You are coming. Start there."
"You keep waiting for a rescue that has a name: better choices."
"The version of you waiting to be rescued and the version of you making better choices cannot both drive."

The Extensions

"Nobody is handing you a raise."
"Nobody is coming to call your creditors for you. Here is the exact script."
"Nobody is coming to fix your credit. The 4 moves that work this month."
"Nobody is coming to save me? Cool cool cool. Love that for me. *aggressively opens a budget spreadsheet*"

Why it works: tough-love ownership without guru energy โ€” the humor version disarms while the straight version converts.

6 Pain Family: Broke Shame & Isolation

The pain: money problems turned into social shame โ€” declining invites, hiding, feeling flaky. The most emotional family on the board. Who feels it: all ages, skews 20sโ€“40s. Status: only "The Isolation Tax" concept exists โ€” none of these lines used.

The Shame Lines

"Being broke is isolating."
"You did not lose friends. You lost the money to keep up with them."
"You are not flaky. You are broke and embarrassed."
"The invites stopped because you kept saying no. Nobody tells you that the saying no has a shelf life."
"My social battery is fine. My wallet battery is at 3%." โ†’ "avoiding plans is easier than explaining why"
"Debt does not just empty your account. It empties your calendar."
"I can't afford to go out." / "Nobody knows how bad it is."

The Supporting Plays

"We built a society where hanging out has a cover charge."
"The isolation tax: being broke costs more than being comfortable."
"The free night out that costs $73" โ€” itemized receipt of hanging out (gas 8, food 22, drinks 30, the thing you bought to not feel awkward 13)
"How to tell a friend you can't afford it (without the shame spiral)" โ€” 7 honest scripts

Why it works: these name the feeling before selling anything โ€” the receipt graphic and the honesty scripts are pure value content that earns the right to pitch.

7 Pain Family: Never Finish & Shiny Objects

The pain: starts everything, finishes nothing, collects courses and ideas instead of shipping. Who feels it: 25โ€“55, skews older for the "tired of failing to finish" line. Status: the most-built family โ€” but several raw lines still unused.

The Failure-To-Finish Lines

"I'm 50 and tired of failing to finish"
"Do you know why most people fail? Because they don't finish." (handwritten multiple-choice visual)
"Almost ready. Just need to finish the backend." / "One more feature."
"Build it and they will come is all wrong. Post about it and if they come, do something else."
"The average person has 4.3 unfinished projects"

Shiny Object & The Portal

"Shiny Object Club" โ€” "I collect courses like Pokemon cards"
"I have a notebook full of 'million dollar ideas' and a bank account with $400."
"Ooh, this one's different." / "I keep bouncing between things."
"Just run through the portal"
"You want another course or you want to start making money?"
"Your one funnel away from changing your life"
"I'm doing research." / "I'm just not ready yet."

8 Pain Family: Selling & Price Honesty

The pain: being sold to, hidden prices, guru pricing games. Who feels it: anyone with a wallet and a pulse. Works as thought-leadership content that supports every ad family.

The Quote Bank

"Nobody loves to be sold. Everybody loves to buy."
"Quit trying to hide your price. Qualify before wasting everyone's time."
"We have mistakenly thought... that we sell time. But what we do is we are really selling a result."
"Making better choices isn't 'skip the latte.' It's stop paying 29% to people who already have enough."
"i'm not trying to prove you wrong, i'm trying to prove me right."
"Drop and give me 20" โ€” write 20 things valuable enough someone would pay you for

9 Pain Family: Desperation Story Arcs (the 11:47PM engine)

The pain: the rock-bottom moment before the small decision. Who feels it: anyone in acute financial or physical stress. Status: a full persuasion structure, never used for LOOT47.

The Structure (from your notes)

Rock-bottom moment โ†’ remembered the cheap option already available โ†’ one small decision โ†’ ultra-specific detail (the timestamp: 11:47PM) โ†’ result after a fixed window (Day 30) โ†’ price-anchor contrast ($2,400 vs $17 / $3,000 agency vs $20/month) โ†’ 24-hour free offer gated on a comment keyword.

Why it works: specificity creates belief. The timestamp and the price anchor do more persuasion than any adjective.

Two Versions On File

Chiro: "I woke up and could not turn my head. Three years of sciatica and the physical therapy bill was going to be $2,400. Then a coworker mentioned a 30-day decompression protocol. $17. I started it on a Tuesday night at 11:47PM... Day 30: I carried groceries up the stairs without stopping."
Money: "I lost my biggest client on a Monday. Rent due Friday. No pipeline. No backup plan. Then I remembered the lead-gen site I had built in one night..." ($3,000 agency vs $20/mo)

A LOOT47 version would run the same arc: model failed / client lost โ†’ remembered the 47 products already sitting there โ†’ listed one at 11:47PM โ†’ the fixed-window turn.

10 Pain Family: Contrarian Data & Lists

The pain: "which way actually works?" Skeptical buyers want receipts. Who feels it: analytical, comparison-shopping readers. Status: the best-covered family โ€” cost audit and the $47 experiment already built.

The Data Angles

"We priced out 9 popular ways to make money online"
"50 people. $47 each. 30 days." โ€” the documented challenge
"We tracked 200 first-time creators..." โ€” the 6-month lie
"The numbers say no one is coming" โ€” emergency savings stats, wage vs cost growth

The List Angles

"9 ways to make your first $100 online this week" โ€” sorted by startup cost and time-to-first-dollar
"Top 47 offers list" (task note โ€” see below)
"WANTED: Self-starters who want to ship a real product in 30 days"

11 Delivery Mechanics โ€” How The Hooks Get Delivered

Formats your notes call for. Each one can carry multiple hooks from the families above.

๐Ÿ“ Handwritten Multiple Choice

"Do you know why most people fail?" rendered as a handwritten multiple-choice quiz on paper. Intimate, notebook-feel, thumb-stopping.

๐Ÿ“‰๐Ÿ“ˆ The Progress Graph

1-year view: jagged stock chart that trends up. 5-year view: straight line. The drift/never-finish antidote in one visual โ€” chaotic up close, inevitable from far away.

๐Ÿง’ The Kid-Question Interactive

"Answer these questions and think how you would have responded back then." A short interactive where their childhood answers set up the turn.

โฑ Countdown + Free DFY Funnel

"Use a countdown timer... make a sale by XYZ date and you can pick a DFY funnel free." Real mechanic, real urgency, game not guarantee.

๐Ÿšช Two-Doors Meme

Empty money door vs crowded waste door. LOOT47 version on file: GETTING TRAFFIC vs BUILDING ANOTHER DIGITAL PRODUCT. Also re-skinned for DAI, side hustles, creators.

๐Ÿงพ Receipt / Itemized Graphic

"The free night out that costs $73." Itemized receipts, cost breakdowns, the quiet math โ€” data made physical.

๐ŸŽฌ 11:47PM Story Arc

The desperation narrative engine (see Story Arcs). Specificity + price anchor + fixed window.

๐Ÿงช Quiz Funnel (90-Day Game Plan)

Goal + constraints in โ†’ personalized plan out. "I answered 5 questions and it built my entire 90-day plan." Master structure swappable per brand.

๐Ÿ“ฐ Contrarian Listicle

"5 GHL Businesses NOT to Build in 2027" format. Negative version rides negativity bias; positive version A/B tests against it.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Satirical Rant

"Hanging out has a cover charge" energy. Satirical tone, real anger underneath. Best as text-overlay short video.

๐Ÿ•ถ Glasses-Off Reveal

Blind-until-the-glasses-come-on physical comedy: the mistake is obvious to everyone except the person doing it. "Trying to use [the tool] without reading the guide."

๐ŸŽ“ Live Training / No-Replay

VIP + countdown + no-replay mechanics. High-attendance framing for launches.

13 Where To Go First

The decision view. Three candidate first moves, strongest first. Pick one and we build it end to end: article โ†’ ads โ†’ images.

Option 1 ยท "Won't Die In 6 Months"

The build: article "3 GHL Businesses To Start In 2027 That Won't Die In 6 Months" on digitalassetideas.com + 6 sarcastic "please be another..." ads pointing at it + 2 direct ads.

Why first: rank #1 pain (extreme anger), your freshest line, zero competition in the built set, and it feeds every guru-scorn line on the board.

Risk: GHL-flavored โ€” confirm that crowd is the LOOT47 buyer.

Option 2 ยท "I Was Supposed To Be Somebody"

The build: kid-question interactive article + the raw beats ("good grades / energy / school / never did anything") as the ad creative.

Why first: rank #3 pain, deepest emotion on the board, works for ANY offer including LOOT47 and DAI. The interactive mechanic is unexploited.

Risk: shame-forward โ€” needs the safe-language pass to avoid personal-attribute flags on Facebook.

Option 3 ยท Two-Doors + Progress Graph

The build: the two-doors meme (LOOT47 version already specced) + the progress-graph visual as the ad set, article on "why building feels like progress."

Why first: fastest to ship โ€” the meme re-skins are already written, mechanics are visual and proven, ties directly to the product (the building is DONE).

Risk: meme reach โ‰  buyer intent; may need the story-arc ads behind it.

The Open Question (blocks the ranking)

Is the GHL/guru-burnout crowd the LOOT47 buyer? If yes, Option 1 leads and the whole board re-ranks around guru scorn. If no โ€” if LOOT47 stays on general beginners โ€” then Option 2 or 3 leads and the GHL lines serve a different project. Everything else on the board is ready to build the moment this call is made.

14 Task Notes & Strays

Things you want done along the way โ€” parked so nothing gets lost.

Build Tasks

  • Top 47 offers list โ€” the full offer inventory as browsable content.
  • Per-offer pages like IdeaBrowser โ€” go over each offer in detail, then set up a sales page (vibe-coded).
  • Pain-point research โ€” 10โ€“20 problems in the niche, ranked by urgency, with content and ad angles each. (Draft ranking is Section 2 of this page โ€” refine with live research.)
  • The progress-graph visual โ€” 1-year jagged up-chart vs 5-year straight line.
  • Facebook-safe pass on the 11 live articles โ€” soften the results claims before ads point at them.

Strays

  • Vacutrim... shave midchest โ€” physical product idea, parked. Not an angle for LOOT47 or DAI unless you say otherwise.
  • NYC Mayor eye-catching video format โ€” versatile video hook, reusable across angles.
  • Glasses-off reveal meme โ€” comedy format, pairs with "use it without reading the guide" angles.
